Warpfan Chicago's Monobody is one of the most mindbendingly-good math rock/jazz/electronica bands on the planet (2018's Raytracing is in my top 10 albums of all time). So when I heard that Conor Mackey (Monobody guitarist, and because why not, symphonic composer) was making an IDM album, I instantly bought this (the Hellfire Red version on Bleep, of course). Wow. Favorite track: in dust.

salvulcanodaddy More fresh and inventive than I thought the electronic scene had left to offer. It’s not just clever bleeps and bloops, it’s clever bleeps and bloops with a hearty dose of the artist’s personality injected into it. Really fantastic.
